Para este proyecto el cliente llegó con una solicitud muy específica: “queremos un espacio que no se vea igual a todo lo que vemos en internet”, “queremos que nos represente y hable de nosotros, y se defina por como habitamos el espacio, no por una estética especifica”

Con esta premisa, el levantamiento de requerimientos era más importante que nunca. Necesitábamos entender al usuario en todos sus momentos y permitirles soñar con su nuevo habitat.

Luego de una intensa investigación del usuario, sus hábitos, gustos, estilos, logramos consolidar un proyecto con espacios amplios, iluminados y acabados simples pero con carácter. Una arquitectura limpia que permite al usuario adaptar fácilmente los espacios y modificarlos mediante su uso.

For this project the client came with a very specific request: “we want a space that does not look the same as everything else we`ve see on the internet”, “we want it to represent us and talk about us, and be defined by how we inhabit the space, not for a specific aesthetic”

With this premise, the request of information was more important than ever. We needed to understand the user in all their moments and allow them to dream with this new space.

After intense research of the user, their habits, tastes, styles, we were able to consolidate a project with large, illuminated spaces, and simple finishes but with character. A clean architecture that allows the user to easily adapt the spaces and modify them through its use.
