Los nuevos espacios de trabajo, se deben caracterizar por facilitar las tareas de una forma confortable.

Para nosotros la magia comienza en lograr la mejor distribución según la morfología del espacio, entendiendo su contexto y características, así procuramos las mejores conexiones entre las diferentes áreas, facilitando las tareas y desplazamientos.

Adicional a la arquitectura del lugar, era indispensable garantizar un espacio confortable en términos técnicos, permitir una conectividad fluida y rápida, una temperatura adecuada y una óptima iluminación, tanto artificial como natural. 

Para este proyecto específicamente, la biofilia era un ingrediente muy importante, y no solo la biofilia entendida desde el punto de vista de incorporar vegetación al interior del espacio, si no realmente de generar esa presencia de la naturaleza al interior de la oficina, esa relación del espacio interior con el exterior a través de las ventanas, el ingreso de la luz natural y una selección de materiales con acabados naturales, semejando maderas, piedras y colores cálidos.

Con la mezcla adecuada de todas estas determinantes, logramos crear el lugar para las oficinas de Kuehne+Nagel en la ciudad de Cali.

For us, the magic begins in achieving the best distribution according to the form of the space, understanding its context and characteristics, thus we seek the best connections between the different areas, facilitating tasks and movements.

In addition to the architecture of the place, it was essential to guarantee a comfortable space regarding the technical chapters, allow fluid and fast connectivity, an adequate controlled temperature and optimal lighting, both artificial and natural.

For this project specifically, biophilia was a very important ingredient, and not only biophilia understood from the point of view of incorporating vegetation into the space, but actually generating that presence of nature inside the office, that relationship. of the interior space with the exterior through the windows, the entry of natural light and a selection of materials with natural finishes, resembling wood, stones and warm colors.

With the right mix of all these considerations, we managed to create the right place for the Kuehne+Nagel offices in the city of Cali.
